Advisory Team - provides fee-based advisory services for debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate capitalizations, ranging from $3 million to $1 billion. We provide value to our clients, through flexible financial solutions, for complex real estate transactions. Investment Team - acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, who has been in business for 16 years. Fund Team - invests in commercial real estate debt and equity structures in transactions ranging from $2 million to $35 million. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Concord Summit Fund One. Concord-Summit Fund One is a private fund founded and managed by Summit Investment Management and Concord Wilshire Companies.
