Description
Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day business operations and technology support to multiple lines of business in an office. Responsible for managing the request process, auditing, and project management for all account related hardware, software and system access related to onboarding, offboarding, equipment life cycle and employee technology.
Manages the process for all Hardware, Software and System access requests related to Onboarding, Offboarding and Equipment lifecycle
Supports account managers during onboarding and offboarding of employees
Secondary contact for end user equipment, systems ordering and system access and primary contact for escalations
Monitors, manages and audits technology asset inventory
Monitors monthly expenses related to telecommunications and related applications
Develops and manages supporting documentation and quick reference guides related to technology hardware, software and system access
Supports deployments, migrations and implementations of new technology systems
Interacts with internal customers, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas
Works closely with the Business Ops Coordinator on a variety of activities that support the operational administration of the account
Develop and support projects relating to process improvement within the above scope
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Will provide support and guidance to the Business Ops Coordinator. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

College/University degree from an accredited educational institution in the field of business or equivalent field is preferred but not required. Commensurate work experience and skill level will be considered. Focus should be on attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to innovate rather than education or work experience. Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience is required. History of consistent accuracy and ability to manage time is required.
Ability to develop draft work scripts, methods of procedure, and standard operating procedures. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate business correspondence.
