Senior Accountant Controller

ORLO is an Owner/Operator Real Estate Investment and Management firm seeking a Senior Accountant or Controller to be the team leader of their accounting department.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and be a part of the accounting team to perform the entire accounting process which includes but is not limited to AR, AP, Coding, Bank Reconciliation, GL entries, mortgage statements, prepaid accounts, reserves etc 

Monthly closing and cash flow statements
Accrual vs cash discrepancies
FMOs and security depot refunds
Coordinate with external accountants for tax related reporting 

Knowledge of Entrata, Yardi or similar software is required
