Description
The senior FM Line of Business leader responsible for designing, documenting, optimizing and automating the workflows required to perform all FM related work. This position works to harness our technology investments in all FM related technology systems, and optimize work processes to drive exceptional work delivery outcomes for our clients. There are two main components to this role: representing the LOB within D&T for technology strategy and projects, and leading the business efforts to document, automate and optimize work process flow across the business.

Roles and Responsibilities
Practice and Thought Leader:
- The senior FM SME on overall FM work flows, work documentation and workflow data across the FM business
- Primary responsibility for transforming work processes across FM
- Coordinates with many other SMEs to incorporate all stakeholders inputs into work flows, for instance Finance, HSE, Engineering, Call center, Data and Analytics, Vendor management, etc.
- Develops and maintains detailed technology agnostic flow charts and process documentation of all work processes
- The primary thought leader around automating FM business processes, incorporating new functionality into existing business processes, and especially around using technology to improve, change or streamline business processes
- The primary interface to Digital and Technology for technology strategy and the development, modification, and implementation of FM technology solutions
Program Manager
- Primary business side ownership for technology projects including costs, schedules and product quality. Deep engagement with D&T throughout the life of each technology project.
- Constantly communicates technology project status to all stakeholders, and recommends project priorities.
- Strong communicator; explains the rationales and importance behind standard FM business processes, and advocates strongly for adherence to standards in the field.
- Leads constant documentation of existing processes and optimization of processes to improve service delivery

- Cost accounting processes, including by unit of work (by the work order)
- Asset maintenance plans and processes:
- Calendar based maintenance
- Condition based maintenance
- Predictive maintenance
- Asset condition assessment processes
- Asset capital replacement planning processes
- IOT/BAS/Analytics integration into corrective and preventive maintenance regimens and work flows
- Mobile work force routing static and dynamic
- GPS integration into mobile and stationary work order flows
- Financial account management requirements
- Vendor work validation and payment processes
- Has extensive experience in work optimization/transformation efforts across large organizations
- Experienced in managing multiple projects with extensive stakeholder communities
- Has consulting experience
- Experience in service delivery a plus
- Shows strong evidence of process mindset
Expected Time Allocations for this role:
- 60% on Technology strategy, project scoping, business case development, design input, UAT
- 40% process engineering, documentation, optimization
