C-PACE Senior Originator

LordCap Green is a leader in financing clean energy and sustainability improvements to commercial properties across the United States.  Our financings are innovative, ranging from hotel gut rehabilitations to the construction of efficient medical facilities and green industrial plants.  Formed out of our affiliate, Lord Capital, we bring decades of structured finance experience to advance our ESG goals.

We are seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals with commercial real estate lending experience to become experts in C-PACE.  Successful applicants would join our rapidly evolving company and be expected to take the lead on several projects.  This work would fit into a larger team dynamic as we invest in supporting each other, learning together, and celebrating our success.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop and enhance relationships with CRE owners and managers
• Present to targeted clients, rating agencies, and senior management
• Use CRM systems to ensure complete and consistent investor information
• Stay informed of the CRE landscape
• Identify and take ownership of opportunities for other ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to the firm’s capabilities and overall success.

You Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven business development track record
• 3+ years of relevant experience with commercial real estate and related fields
• Adaptability in a fast-paced team environment
• Confidence in handling spreadsheets, MS Office, and proprietary data systems
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to report to LordCap Green’s Wall Street office as needed
