Analyst, Investor Relations

Essential Duties:

• Create, edit and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
• Prepare DDQs and related due diligence requests.
• Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums. 
• Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
• Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
• Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests. 
• Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
• Maintain, update and post files to the investor data portal.
• Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
• Manage CRM databases for various Square Mile vehicle marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign activity and prepare monthly campaign reports for GIG and SM
• Manage and track investor “verification” process
• Generate and circulate periodic management reporting from the CRM database and other proprietary databases
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field or unrelated bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of fixed income, real estate, or investment management reporting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint 
• Effective written communication skills 
• Willing to work on site in New York office and show proof of vaccination
• Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title
