Associate, Finance

To assist the CFO with his various duties which include:
- Structuring and financing development projects
- Maintaining relationships with key investment partners, lenders and financial intermediaries
- Managing the Company's overall financial condition and evaluating its performance
- Managing the Company's employee partnership arrangements
- Preparing materials for the Company's board of directors
- Serving as liaison with the Company's outside legal and tax advisors

The job requires an interest in the structuring aspects of real estate investments and the financial matters of a real estate operating/development company.  Significant time is spent reviewing and negotiating equity joint ventures, construction financing and other legal documents along with creating/maintaining bespoke financial analyses and reports to key constituents.  The job requires intelligence, attention to detail and accuracy along with an ability to accumulate and apply knowledge on a broad range of finance, legal, tax and development/operational matters.
