LivCor is looking to add a Revenue & Performance Analyst to its team to support the Revenue and Performance Advisors.  This role will assist the Revenue & Performance Advisor team with internal reporting, implementation, and maintenance of systems, supporting our Joint Venture R&P platform, onboarding of acquisitions and general support of the Revenue & Performance Team.  This role is an integral part of the team that acts as liaison between internal and external.  The ideal candidate must exhibit organization, strong communication skills across multiple platforms and passion for multifamily real estate.

 

This role will report to the Senior Advisor/Advisor of Revenue and Performance but work closely with the entire team.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a point person for internal Revenue and Performance reporting
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
  • Responsible for Amenity Builds and Starting Rents for New Acquisitions
  • Tracking closing dates and progress
  • Assisting with State of Emergency compliance
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Revenue & Performance and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with overall team
  • Works closely with Revenue & Performance team to effectively keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • The right candidate will be an experienced professional with exposure to operational functions and have a passion for learning as well as the following:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
    • Multifamily operations experience or related, required
  • Comfortable using software programs to process data and interpret the results through critical thinking
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

  • High energy with initiative and “we” mentality
  • Heart with Smart


What you should have:

  • 1-3 years of relevant operational real estate experience
  • Experience in multi-family real estate preferred
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, energetic, and independent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Yardi Experience Preferred
  • Excellent references
