Qualifications:
-At least 6 years commercial property management experience with institutional ownership
-Detail-oriented and analytical
-Strong communication skills and computer literate
-Bachelor s Degree

-Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Strong customer and client service orientation
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all day-to-day property management issues while maintaining a best-in-class level of service.
-Maintain personal contact with tenants, vendors and ownership
-Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and governmental agency directives.
-Conduct property inspections.
-Prepare proposed annual operating budget and capital budget.
-Manage third-party vendor contracts.
-Review and comment on monthly ownership reports.
-Prepare annual CAM estimates and reconciliations.
-Discuss and handle lease renewals and leasing options with tenants, ownership, and respective agents.
-Manage any alterations, repairs, renovations, or TIs
-Coordinate with supervisory, administrative, and accounting team members to ensure overall quality assurance of property's management.
-All other duties associated with the day-to-day management and operations of commercial real estate.
-Handle all legal notices and third-party vendor
