JOB DESCRIPTION:

3650 REIT is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Analyst/Associate to join the Investment Management team in its Miami headquarters. Founded in 2017 by CRE industry leaders, 3650 has recently secured multiple large investment commitments from globally recognized institutional investors, and the firm is currently growing its investor relations function to support this growth. In this vein, the incoming Senior Analyst/Associate will play a key role in building the investor reporting infrastructure of a unique and fast-growing firm with industry-changing ambitions. Much of the Senior Analyst/Associates work product will support deliverables sent to the firm’s leaders and investor partners, providing ample visibility and opportunities for career advancement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports.
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio models to communicate performance metrics to investors, upper management, and the greater team.
  • Manage investment and fund-level cash flow models for monthly and quarterly cash flow reporting.
  • Support the due diligence process for prospective and existing investors.
  • Serve as liaison between the firm’s investor facing and back-office functions.
  • Play leadership role in development of key investor relations infrastructure.
  • Support the firm’s broader investor-facing functions with high level of exposure to senior Investment Management leadership.
  • Coordinate the transmission of investor capital transactions (i.e. contributions and distributions).
  • Support annual budget, forecasts, and financial planning procedures.
  • Support technology initiatives to automate and streamline group process and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in financial services with a preference in the real estate / investment/asset management/banking industry.
  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, subordinates, and external parties.
  • Ability to work in a cooperative team spirit to actively contribute to the betterment of the company.
  • Potential to assume greater and broader responsibilities as the Company achieves new levels of success.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to make sound business judgements, capable of recognizing and presenting the long- and short-term financial implications of solutions to positively impact the operating decision-making process.
