Special Assets Acquisitions Associate

Hirshmark Capital is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as Special Assets Acquisitions Associate. The individual will source opportunities to purchase non-performing commercial loans from banks and other lenders.

Responsibilities Include:

Meeting and actively following up with lenders.

Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating potential purchases.

Tracking active foreclosures

Networking and building relationships with lenders, brokers and other real estate professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree;

At least 6 months of experience in NYC real estate;

Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and outstanding networking abilities; and

Extremely meticulous, self-sufficient and organized.

Compensation:

Based on experience.
