Position Overview
The Single-Family Marketing and Communications team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team supporting the Single-Family business. This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support our marketing goals. You will be highly knowledgeable of digital and traditional media, digital creative tools and promote continuous improvement and innovation across all our marketing channels. Further, you can translate concepts easily to all stakeholders to sell your ideas. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all various touchpoints.
Responsibilities Include:
* Collaborate with Strategic Marketing & Communications team to support content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more) and other needs.
* Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
* Scope and create templates for our team to be more efficient in our marketing channels.
* Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.

Qualifications
* 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications or advertising - ideally in an agency setting
* Four-year degree from an accredited college or university
* Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies
* Highly knowledgeable of digital and traditional media, emerging trends, digital creative tools, and user experience
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding creative work, and ability to continuously improve and innovate
