Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with janitorial vendor daily requests, issues, etc.
  • Reviews insurance certificates for accuracy.
  • Field calls and dispatches maintenance work orders that come in via work order system, phone or email.
  • Monitors, maintains and orders office supplies for facilities.
  • Coordinates maintenance needs for events held by other departments.
  • Creates purchase orders, attains approval and issues to appropriate vendor or manager.
  • Responsible for tenant, vendor, project, property and misc. filing system.
  • Code invoices and research accounts payables. Generates monthly budget reports for department.
  • Communicate property issues and resolutions.
  • Vendors, contractors; reporting to attain proposals, clarify invoices and follow up on projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate office management or facilities management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building operations
  • Multi-story office management experience
