Job Purpose (Job Summary)
This role’s primary function is to act as the link between the Invesco Real Estate investment professionals and Invesco (“IVZ”) client business and will be responsible for encouraging connectivity and communication between these two groups. The individual will be responsible for coordinating the launch and ongoing marketing strategy for several closed end real asset investment vehicles. The role requires the ability to work across several Invesco teams, as well as external advisors, to ensure a structured approach, globally. The role requires a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Work with a Senior Team Member on the Product Management Team to develop an overall launch plan for new products. This will require the creation of detailed product committee package that
              -provides deep competitive set analysis
              -features benefits and key terms of the product
              -describes distribution plan & timeline
              -develops marketing material requirements & specialized research
  • Coordinate with presentations team and portfolio management to generate compelling marketing collateral for all new products.
  • Review existing funds in market and set ongoing marketing and distribution strategy and fundraising goals.
  • Support Client Portfolio Management (“CPM”) team and IVZ distribution team to coordinate client/prospect outreach and material preparation for client pitches, presentations and reviews.
  • Maintain prospect/investor information and marketing plan in order to set objectives and timelines.
  • Research information in the real asset industry, including competitor funds and strategies.
  • Communicate across different groups (Compliance, Presentations, Portfolio Management, Research, Performance) to ensure a successful fund raise.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must work well both independently, and as a team member, and be able to manage time under tight deadlines.
