Leasing Associate

The Role. As a Leasing Specialist you will lead the leasing efforts for the property while build and maintain relationships with all our current residents. The Leasing Specialist will maintain a professional and courteous attitude while striving to achieve excellence in providing outstanding service to our prospects and residents.   The Key Responsibilities - Welcome prospective residents and tour the community - Prepare packets and documents for move-ins, move-outs, and renewals - Follow-up with prospects and residents through online and telephone communication - Understand  floor plans, competitors and amenities to identify opportunities to create value for residents - Coordinate and process resident work requests, payments and leasing documents - Assist in organizing resident functions - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Exceptional people and organizational skills - Professional appearance and demeanor   Qualifications: - Minimum two-year experience in a high-level customer service environment - High School Diploma, some college preferred
