Accounts Receivable Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an A/R Specialist to join our collaborative team at our corporate office in North Scottsdale.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review all banking activity for assigned region, saving down all checks and remittance detail provided.
- Accurately post all cash receipts and bank transactions for assigned region within 1-2 business days of deposit.
- Sign, document, and log all postings made on a daily basis, acknowledging and verifying the accuracy of each transaction
- Respond to and troubleshoot all tenant inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate, save, and distribute monthly statements, reviewing each for accuracy and consistency
- Provide assistance to A/R Manager and other team members on any ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and cash application processes
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collections experience a plus
