The Marketing & Sales Project Manager will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to manage the marketing and sales.

Job Description
- Create, implement, and manage different customer acquisition strategies.
- Create, implement, manage, and maintain full working knowledge of a marketing plan with timelines and critical path items.
- Create, implement, and manage a marketing budget, and provide recommendations and modifications to marketing and sales expenses, as necessary
- Coordinate and manage external vendors ranging from interior and architecture design to media-buying to branding to public relations professionals.
- Analyze results of advertising campaigns and marketing efforts to ensure it is optimized to provide qualified leads / traffic to the sales office.
- Analyze sales data and traffic reports for trends.
- Assist in various marketing efforts including but not limited to: model unit staging, copywriting, media planning, rendering art direction, photo shoots, etc.
- Plan and coordinate broker and consumer events.
- Periodically update company on market information and comparable projects.
- Perform miscellaneous duties to support the sales and marketing team, design team and project development team, and assist interdepartmental teams in the securing of a TCO for 99 Hudson by December 1, 2019.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience;
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, an excellent communicator, a self-starter, innovative thinker, even tempered, ethical and a team player;
- Evident study or experience of related fields such as real estate and marketing;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
