Position- Residential Property Manager (part time) of 35-50 unit Manhattan pre-war building with retail Requirements: 5 years (min) managing a NYC residential rental building of more than 25 units experienced in
tenant relations with residential and retail tenants
supervising building staff (32BJ SEIU)
property maintenance and rental apartment renovations
working knowledge of NYC Department of Buildings and other local requirement
NYS DHCR and other local requirements
vendors, contractors, building systems
