Housing Policy Director
Annual salary range: up to $125,000

The City of Tulsa is seeking a Housing Policy Director who will function within the Office of the Mayor, and report to the Chief of Community Development and Policy. The ideal candidate will be capable of stepping up as a key member of the city’s leadership team in a number of capacities to include: developing and implementing a comprehensive affordable housing strategy, applying for federal and state housing program funds, identifying opportunities for greater community interaction in expanding the city’s affordable housing stock, and developing an educational campaign to inform citizens about affordable housing.

Candidates will possess at least five years of professional and administrative experience in affordable housing and public administration at the municipal, state, and/or federal level. A Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field is required with a master’s degree preferred.
