JOB SUMMARY


Delivers cutting edge, creative marketing projects in conjunction with performing crucial administrative functions for a team of four highly successful sales professionals. Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign in preparing offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral for clients and communication materials that will represent CBRE to existing and potential clientele.

Ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and tech savvy with advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite. Experience preferred with Adobe Creative Suites such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Upholds CBRE's World Class Service within all sales administration deliverables that includes a wide level of complexity (i.e. project tracking, marketing initiatives, calendaring, distributing correspondence, reporting, meeting arrangements and minutes, schedule updates, etc.).

Interfaces as the marketing liaison with clients, sales professionals, centralized marketing, analysis and research groups, etc. May coordinate with other department members the creation of press releases, client sponsored or sales/client facing professional events and social media feeds.

Creates and maintains CBRE brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include offering memorandums, demographic reports, Campaign Logic eblast, property flyers, maps, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats, proposals, tour books, floor plans and qualification packages.

Creates standard listing and commission agreements; coordinates non-standard listing creation, requests and approvals with sales/client facing professional(s) and legal department(s); in coordination with other departments, maintains and tracks listings and commission agreements.

Maintains internal and external databases such as Opportunities, CBRE360, LoopNet, Costar, The Well, Sales Force.com, View The Space, etc. Coordinates and compiles market and property research to include: tax reports, aerials/maps, demographics, traffic counts, etc.

Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. 3 years' experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals or a team of professionals; ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast pace working environment. 2 years' experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.


CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

COMMUNICATION SKILLS


Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.


REASONING ABILITY


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Proficiency on business related social media platforms. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Strong marketing knowledge needed. A background in Graphic Design and/or Marketing Creation is preferred.


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY


Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines and adhering to due dates. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to internal and external clients.
