As the Senior Property Manager in our Miami-Doral office, you will be a part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our 33 million square foot of industrial building in the Beacon Lakes Market. Our customer base is diverse, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with both the biggest names in retail logistics and the smaller shop operations. You will provide management oversight, training and coordination; lease administration oversight; reporting oversight. You will be responsible for resolving critical impact customer relations issues and ensuring consistency across the market.
What’s needed in order to do that:
- Deliver exceptional customer service committing to the Prologis Way: developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors, and proactively responding to customer’s needs
- Ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements/capital projects and work oversight.
- Ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio using strong financial background
- Collaborate with the leasing and construction teams on leases, capital improvements and tenant improvements
- Provide direction and leadership to a team of 1-3
- Assimilate and analyze information pertaining to customer leases and ground lease

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM or RPA designation, preferred; a minimum of 7+ years industrial/commercial real estate experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in asset transition from the Development to the Operations pool; Association and/or CDD experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience participating in budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes
- Ability to multi-task; prioritize and work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.
- Working knowledge with property management software, YARDI and SalesForce preferred
- Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties
- As business dictates, able to work extended hours (i.e. on call nights and weekends)
