Loan Underwriter

In this position, you will evaluate and determine the eligibility of real estate bridge loan applications. Your responsibilities include evaluating risks, making loan eligibility decisions based heavily on property valuations and applicant experience. Your chief goal will be to help eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner while protecting our company's credibility. The successful candidate of this role will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations. You should also have strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:
Authorizing and underwriting loans.
Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
Research applicant credit status and current financial position.
Making loan eligibility decisions and approving or rejecting applications.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
