Program Highlights

The real estate certificate is designed to provide you with skills to work toward selling, leasing, investing, and owning real estate. Virtually every avenue of business owns or leases real estate. This, coupled with substantial personal investment in real estate, makes this certificate a valuable complement to any field.

The undergraduate real estate concentration prepares you for a career in real estate and related industries. You will learn and understand the development, financing, management, and marketing of land resources. You’ll also learn how these resources are used by developers and real estate financiers.

The Masters of Finance is a rigorous, practical program that will teach you the principles, processes, and practices of investment analysis, corporate finance, and financial risk management. You’ll leave the program with hands-on experience – including portfolio management and valuation of projects and companies.
