As their job descriptions or workdays have expanded, their paychecks have not. “Regardless of what the current environment is, those could all be reasons to ask for a raise,” Quinn Texmo, who works in business development at Turner Construction Co. and who teaches women’s seminars on negotiation skills, told Bisnow.
