Job Title: Administrative Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time Exempt

Reports To: President Sureste Property Services
SUMMARY
We are hiring for an Administration Project Coordinator to help support our team within the Construction and Property Management Divisions. The position will report to the President of Property Services and will be responsible for timelines, budgets and data management portions of all construction and property maintenance projects. This includes the distribution and management of daily scheduling, reporting, monthly payment applications, checks, invoicing, purchase order management insurance and lien waiver management. You will support the team by processing expenses, timely invoicing for progressive or completed jobs in conjunction with the Chief Revenue Officer and Controller. The position will also be the housekeeper of scheduling/dispatching communicating with site managers, subcontractors, and other office team members to ensure success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating and managing daily, weekly, monthly schedules for construction employees
- Work closely with construction employees in creating project timelines for each project request that comes in from the properties
- Responsible for the scheduling and routing Construction employees to various projects based on the timelines created
- Responsible for keeping track of construction employees’ project progress
- Interfacing directly with subcontractors, reviewing quotes and discussing with CRO for approval
- May also take general direction from the CRO when appropriate
- Coordinate and maintain working project operations files
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of AppFolio
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite
- Technology savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
EDUCATION
- College degree preferred
- High School diploma required
