Seeks Controller
The Controller will oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company operations, including (but not limited to) the listing below:- Manage all accounting activities to ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies and external audits; manage and oversee the accounts payable department, accounts receivable department, payroll department and all financial activities associated with the business, including General Ledger, JE’s, intercompany reconciliations, account reconciliations, financial reporting, loan compliance, monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and budgets
- Liaise with External Accountants to handle all tax compliance, filings for all entities, audit & review engagements, provide all schedules and requests
- Assist with CAM Reconciliation and Real Estate Tax Calculations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 5 years’ experience in accounting.
- Ability to prepare and run a year-end review or audit as required by lenders with minimal financial adjustments.
- Strong Computer Skills.
- High Level of Integrity.
- Managerial Experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commercial Real Estate Experience Preferred.
- Skyline Experience Preferred.
